Job summary

Ambient HVAC Solution is seeking a Project Engineer - HVAC to plan, coordinate and execute HVAC projects from initiation to completion on-site at Warje, Pune. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will review drawings, BOQs, coordinate with clients and teams, supervise site staff, and prepare progress reports to support project handover and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC project execution is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate multiple project activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects as per schedules and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress, manpower, material requirements, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to support execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues to minimize delays and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (or as per project site requirements)
