Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in HVAC projects ONLY. You will play a vital role in supporting project managers across various stages of HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Project Tracking and Monitoring:
  • Track HVAC project progress against timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Identify and proactively address potential issues and delays.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders.
• Team Management:
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, including technicians and vendors relating to HVAC project planning & execution.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration within the team.
• Profitability Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain project profitability.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Work with the project manager to develop and implement change orders.
• Material Management:
  • Coordinate material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage material flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform material reconciliation and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
  • Ensure timely resolution of vendor and supplier issues.
• Customer Management:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Clearly communicate project status and address client concerns promptly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Escalation Management:
  • Identify and elevate project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate identified risks.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRV, chilled water, and ventilation systems.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting in HVAC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
