The role requires a technical degree, hands-on site management, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, on-time delivery and quality installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in mechanical/electrical/HVAC is required.
• Experience in HVAC project execution and on-site supervision is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC project execution at site.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and project specs.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project docs.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement and vendors.
• Ensure proper installation of AHU, FCU, Chiller, Pumps, Ducting, Piping, VRF/VRV, ventilation systems.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing & commissioning activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support BOQ preparation, quantity measurements, and billing docs.
• Aim for timely completion within budget and schedule.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
