The role requires planning, design development, coordination with architects and site teams, and ensuring NBC/IS code compliance and timely delivery of HVAC drawings and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering with HVAC design experience.
• Minimum 8 years of HVAC design experience.
• Experience on EPC/BOQ-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop HVAC design drawings and documents.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural and structural drawings.
• Review shop drawings, BOQs and material submittals.
• Visit sites for design validation and issue resolution.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of HVAC services.

Job Description:

Dipanshu Promoter & Builder Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HVAC Designer to handle end-to-end design and coordination (For EPC project and BOQ based project) for construction projects (Institutional, Educational, Commercial etc.). The candidate will be responsible for planning, design development, coordination, quality compliance, cost optimization, and timely delivery of HVAC design and drawings and services as per project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop design and drawings, HVAC.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed working drawings of HVAC.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, local authority norms, and project specifications.
• Review shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for execution support.
• Conduct site visits for design validation and issue resolution.
• Support value engineering and cost control in HVAC systems.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC services.
• Maintain proper documentation and design records.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC design and coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office and (BIM preferred).
• Good understanding of building construction practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualification:

• B. Arch / B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Degree with relevant HVAC design experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of experience in HVAC Design
• Working or having working experience in Building Construction Govt. Project/Private Project in EPC Mode like- Medical College, Sports University, Hospital etc.
