Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HVAC role based in the Pune Division. The HVAC professional will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, following safety standards and company procedures. Daily tasks include performing diagnostic checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and supporting basic plumbing work as needed. The role also involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, coordinating with team members, and communicating clearly with customers about findings, recommendations, and next steps. The position requires adherence to schedules, accurate recordkeeping, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong HVAC skills, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC equipment.
• Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, including inspections, cleaning, and routine servicing to extend equipment life.
