Job summary

Aerosys HVAC Solutions in Pune is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to lead testing, commissioning, and project execution. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience and willingness to travel across India to sites and client locations.

You will coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients, supervise technicians, and prepare detailed commissioning and site reports while ensuring safety standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HVAC testing, commissioning, and project execution experience.
• Willingness to travel Pan India for projects.
• B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering field.
• Experience with AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, ducts and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing and commissioning for HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, ducts).
• Assist in project execution and ensure work meets specifications.
• Conduct site installation, quality inspections, performance checks, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and clients for timely delivery.
• Prepare commissioning and site reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure safety standards and project timelines are followed.
• Handle client interactions.
• Lead a team of Technicians and Junior Engineers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in HVAC testing, commissioning, and project execution. The candidate should be willing to travel for projects across India and coordinate with project teams to ensure the smooth execution of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing and commissioning activities for HVAC systems such as AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, ducting, and ventilation systems. Equipment performance testing, air balancing and water balancing
• Assist in HVAC project execution and ensure work is completed as per project specifications.
• Conduct site installation and quality inspections, system performance checks, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
• Prepare commissioning reports, site reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
• Client Handling
• Should handle a team of Technicians & Jr. Engineers.
