Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist at Essence Innovation will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, supporting personnel management processes, and responding to HR-related inquiries. The role will also involve assisting with compliance, maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with management on HR projects and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting HR operations and processes.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including documentation, implementation, and updates.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, queries, and coordination with providers.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records, supporting performance processes, and handling employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools and standard office software; experience in tech or healthcare environments is an advantage.
