JOB SUMMARY Lead the complete HR function at our manufacturing facility. Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding. Handle payroll coordination and salary administration. Ensure statutory compliance and labour-law requirements. Manage employee relations and workforce planning. Drive performance management, training and employee engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations for factory workers and office staff.
• Manage payroll coordination and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labour laws.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline and industrial relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Manage performance appraisals, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate employee training and development.
• Maintain HR documentation and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 10-12 years of relevant HR experience.
• Manufacturing or engineering industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling factory workers and employee relations.

• Experience in precision components, automotive or engineering industries.
