Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Proactive and comfortable sharing ideas and recommendations.
