Job summary

Numoohr in Mumbai/Thane seeks an experienced HR Manager with hands-on payroll and statutory compliance expertise for the Advertising/Marketing services sector. You will oversee end-to-end payroll for 300+ employees and drive HR operations, payroll reconciliation, and compliance across PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity and TDS.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential as you partner with finance and operations to implement HRIS/HRMS, leave management, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in Advertising/Marketing services.
• End-to-End Payroll experience mandatory for 300+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus & TDS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 300+ employees.
• Ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity and TDS.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HRIS/HRMS systems.
• Coordinate payroll reconciliation and leave management processes.
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Advertising Agency / Marketing Services background is mandatory
• End-to-End Payroll experience is mandatory
• Experience handling payroll for 300+ employees
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & TDS
• F&F, leave management and payroll reconciliation
• HR MIS, HRMS/HRIS & Advanced Excel
• Performance Management, Employee Engagement & HR Operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
