Job summary

Vefes in Powai, Mumbai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end Human Resources function for a fast-growing Solar EPC organization.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR operations across sites and offices. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HR, exposure to solar/infra sectors, strong leadership, HRIS proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent required.
• 10+ years HR experience required.
• Experience in Solar EPC/Infrastructure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team‑management skills
