Job summary

Aditi Solar, Hyderabad, seeks an HR Manager to oversee the full HR lifecycle across corporate HQ and project sites in renewable energy projects. You will lead manpower planning, recruitment, compliance, payroll, attendance, and site administration, while aligning HR policies with business needs.

You should have MBA/PG in HR or IR, at least 5 years of HR experience (3+ in energy/construction), proficiency with modern HRIS/payroll platforms, and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with modern HRIS/payroll platforms

Willingness to travel to project sites as required
