About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is critical in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high‑performance culture across multiple countries. The HRBP will partner with business and functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws while supporting a unified global HR framework.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role requiring collaboration with diverse teams across India, Southeast Asia, and the broader APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong regional exposure, cultural agility, and a passion for enabling people success in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with APAC leadership teams to translate business objectives into HR strategies and actionable plans.
  • Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth and scalability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
  • Support global talent programs and localize them for regional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with both global and local business needs.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Ensure compliance with country‑specific employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation reviews.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
  • Support global mobility, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for APAC employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role across APAC countries.
  • Proven experience working in renewable energy or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC and Middle East markets (e.g., India, KSA, Australia, Shanghai, and Israel).
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed, global organization with cross‑cultural collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (Workday, SAP, or equivalent).
  • High adaptability, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
