Job summary

SteepGraph Systems Pvt. Ltd. invites MBA (HR) students to join a 4-month internship (September–December 2026) in Pune.

The role offers hands-on exposure across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning & Development in a work-from-office setup with a six-day work week. The stipend starts at ₹2,000 in the first month and rises to ₹10,000 per month from the second month onward. There is potential for a PPO based on performance and business needs; candidates from MBA (HR) or MBA (Marketing)

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or MBA in Marketing with willingness to learn HR basics.
• Full-time internship available for Sep–Dec 2026.
• Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition & Recruitment activities.
• Assist HR Operations & Administration tasks.
• Gain exposure to HRBP concepts and partnerships.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives.
• Assist in Employee Engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR Reports & Compliance.
• Participate in COE initiatives and strategic HR projects.
