Job summary

Zepcruit is an AI-powered recruitment platform that accelerates hiring using Agentic AI. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations while supporting the growth of our AI-driven platform.

You will work in a fast-paced startup, assisting with hiring, candidate experience, and internal HR coordination, and help maintain recruitment databases and trackers.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule AI-based interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.
• Support the HR team with end-to-end hiring coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern at Zepcruit, students will gain hands‑on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations while supporting the growth of our AI-driven recruitment platform. Interns will work in a fast‑paced startup environment, assisting with hiring, candidate experience, and internal HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
