Job summary

NeuraMach.AI in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a Culture Architect to lead end-to-end HR for interns to full-time hires, craft onboarding, and shape policy framework.

You will own talent acquisition for technical roles, design internship-to-FTE progression, draft the company handbook, and coordinate learning with Tech Leads.

Relocation to Pune is required; on-site 6 days a week; fluent English is essential for contracts and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Location Pune; on-site 6 days a week with alternate Saturdays off (remote/hybrid not available).
• Excellent verbal and written English; drafting contracts and negotiating with vendors.
• 1+ year startup experience preferred; startup DNA and willingness to build from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML engineers and developers.
• Design intern-to-FTE graduation process with scorecards for offers.
• Draft Version 1.0 of the company handbook (leave policy, NDA compliance, code of conduct).
• Create a compelling Day 1 onboarding experience for new hires.
• Coordinate learning roadmaps with Tech Leads and ensure KT sessions are recorded and accessible.

Job description

We don't need a paperwork filer; we need a Culture Architect. You will work directly with the Founders to manage the entire employee lifecycle: Hiring the best talent, Training them effectively, and creating the Policy Framework to convert high-performing interns into full-time employees.

Core Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (The "Builder")

• Tech-First Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (AI/ML Engineers, Developers). You must be comfortable speaking the language of engineers.
• Sourcing: Aggressively hunt for talent via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and communities.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure impeccable communication with every applicant. You are the face of our brand.

2. Policy & Operations (The "Architect")

• Intern-to-FTE Conversion: Design the "Graduation Process" for our interns. You will create the scorecards that decide who gets a Full-Time Offer.
• Policy Creation: Draft Version 1.0 of our company handbook (Leave Policy, NDA compliance, Code of Conduct).
• Onboarding: Create a "Day 1" experience that makes new hires feel valued immediately.

3. Learning & Development (The "Enabler")

• Training Coordination: Work with Tech Leads to ensure every intern has a learning roadmap.
• Knowledge Management: Ensure Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions are recorded, documented, and accessible.

The "Must-Haves" (Non-Negotiable)

• Location: You must open to relocate to Pune and willing to work On-Site 6 days a week with alternate Saturdays off. (Remote/Hybrid options are not available for this role).
• Excellent Communication: You have flawless verbal and written English. You will be drafting contracts, speaking to senior candidates, and negotiating with vendors. There is no room for miscommunication here.
