Biocon Biologics seeks a Senior Manager - HRIT to lead SAP SuccessFactors delivery, enhancement, and AI-driven HR transformation. You will partner with HR and business leaders to modernize processes, improve employee experience, and drive adoption of intelligent HR technologies.

Responsibilities include managing the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, leading projects and integrations, and mentoring the HRIT team while ensuring governance and data security across the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT is required.
5+ years in HR Technology leadership roles.
Strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise is mandatory.
Experience with SuccessFactors implementations, integrations, releases, permissions, reporting, and admin.

Own and manage SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem across Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Succession.
Lead HR technology projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and vendor management.
Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives including chatbot solutions, self-service, analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases.
Partner with HR COEs and stakeholders to transform HR processes.
Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, reporting, and governance.
Build and mentor a high-performing HRIT team.

Job description

The Senior Manager - HRIT will lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of HR technology solutions with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and AI-driven HR transformation. The role will partner with HR and business leaders to modernize HR processes, improve employee experience, and drive adoption of intelligent HR technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, including Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Succession.
Lead HR technology projects, system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and vendor management.
Drive AI-enabled HR initiatives including chatbot solutions, employee self-service, HR analytics, automation, and generative AI use cases.
Partner with HR COEs and business stakeholders to transform and optimize HR processes.
Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, reporting, and platform governance.
Build and mentor a high-performing HRIT team.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10-15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in HR Technology leadership.
Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
Experience in SuccessFactors implementations, integrations, releases, role-based permissions, reporting, and system administration.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP, APIs, middleware, and HR application integrations.
Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives in the HR domain.
