Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and facilitating onboarding activities.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, and managing benefits administration.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers to support a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and objectives.
