You will manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and help build a workplace where people feel valued. You\'ll coordinate payroll inputs, maintain records, and support office operations while driving engagement and process improvements. Responsibilities

• Own the hiring journey - from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Make onboarding smooth, welcoming, and actually memorable.
• Help create a workplace where people feel heard, valued, and motivated.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and culture-building moments.
• Keep employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave tracking organised.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly HR processes.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate office administration, vendors, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Build smarter systems and processes instead of doing everything manually.
• Spot gaps, take ownership, and make things work better.
• Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and find the right talent.
• Keep hiring pipelines, candidate communication, and recruitment trackers on point.
