ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with a start date within 60 days. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive HR operations, including targeted recruitment initiatives for Unity developers, 3D artists, and project managers. Responsibilities include managing complex payroll systems, structuring detailed onboarding processes, and designing data-driven retention strategies to cultivate a high-performance culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead specialized recruitment initiatives for technical and creative roles, focusing on sourcing and hiring Unity developers, 3D artists, and project managers using advanced recruitment tools and platforms.
2. Oversee sophisticated payroll coordination and ensure meticulous compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement robust employee onboarding processes that integrate technology for a seamless experience.
4. Design and execute data-driven employee retention strategies using analytics to identify key retention factors.
5. Foster a high-performance culture across the Gurugram headquarters and site teams through strategic HR initiatives.
6. Manage comprehensive employee engagement and performance management initiatives, leveraging HR software for efficiency.
7. Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance through regular audits and updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical and creative roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and HR analytics.
