TRANSFORMPLUS in India is seeking a Recruiter/ HR Trainee/ HR Intern (Work From Home). The role covers end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interviews with clients. Freshers or candidates with basic HR exposure are welcome, with opportunities to learn on the job.

The position offers a hybrid work model with WFH flexibility and requires immediate joining. Salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on experience, with a clear progression

• Understanding the hiring requirements of the client

Salary

Fixed Salary on 1st week of every month In Salary Account

Freshers Salary:Rs.10,000 to 15000 month(CTC)

Experience Salary:Rs.15,000 to 25000 month(CTC)

Shift

Time Shift : 11AM to 7pm Day Shifts , 6 days working
