Job summary

• Handle delays, no-shows and cancellations with speed and sound judgment.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they recur.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks to standardize processes.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

6. Develop SOPs and playbooks to make operational processes consistent, efficient, and repeatable.
