Job summary

GP Eco Solutions India Ltd. in Noida seeks an HR Operations/Generalist to manage HRMS records, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR operations experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and knowledge of payroll & attendance management. Experience in manufacturing/renewable energy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist roles preferred.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee regularization processes.

• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, and trackers.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of HR letters and documents.
