Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, documentation and records.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Manage onboarding, induction and exit processes.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance validation and employee data management.
• Maintain HR records, trackers and monthly MIS reports.
• Support PF, ESIC, labour laws and contract labour compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training and grievance handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams on manpower and employee matters.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional with 0–2 years of experience who is interested in learning and growing across HR operations and generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and record maintenance.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance validation, and employee data management.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, labour laws, and contract labour documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training activities, and grievance handling.
• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to address employee-related matters and manpower requirements.
