Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, and HR records maintenance. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will help implement and update HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinate performance review processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, conducting HR-related trainings and orientations, and collaborating with management to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HRIS or HR tools, and routine administrative processes.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee queries, foster engagement, and support conflict resolution in a professional and neutral manner.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
