About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Operations Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employer branding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will help build and promote a positive employer brand, enhance employee satisfaction, and manage essential HR functions to ensure a smooth, effective work environment for all employees.

What You will do

• Own the end-to-end management of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
• Partner with benefits vendors and brokers to negotiate contracts and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain and update benefits-related HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate benefits administration and data integrity.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including HR reporting to various internal stakeholders, and data management.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in HR field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
