Job summary

slice is seeking an Engineering Manager in Bengaluru to lead a high-performance engineering team building the next generation financial platform and payments applications. You will drive technical delivery, partner with product and business teams, and champion code quality.

You will hire, mentor, and build processes that boost the team’s effectiveness while delivering fast, transparent, and reliable banking products for customers in India.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 1 year of experience managing high-performance teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
