• Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
• Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.

What You will need

• 9+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing high performance teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
