Job summary

Maven Labs is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and help build a high-performing team in Bengaluru. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and handle onboarding and documentation while maintaining compliance and driving employee engagement.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in HR or Talent Acquisition, hands-on Keka HRMS experience, and strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• End-to-end hiring and recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory.
• Payroll, attendance, leave management, and onboarding knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fast-paced startup environment experience.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday; work from office.
