Job summary

Collabera is seeking an HR Analyst in Vadodara to transform people data into actionable business insights. You will analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, and compensation while building HR dashboards and MIS to guide leaders in workforce decisions.

The role requires a strong Excel background and experience with Power BI or Tableau to drive data-driven HR initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / HR MIS.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Understanding of core HR metrics and processes.

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
