Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai seeks an HR Operations professional to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate HR transactions through Shared Services. You will coordinate with stakeholders to manage records, payroll inputs, and governance across the organisation.

The role focuses on data integrity, system Enablement of HRIS, and driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Manage benefits administration and employee movements while ensuring data confidentiality and policy compliance.
• Support payroll inputs and lifecycle changes with accurate submissions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits, and governance standards.
• Act as primary interface between business HR teams and Shared Services.
• Monitor service delivery, turnaround times, and process adherence.
• Resolve escalations related to HR operations.
• Drive governance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Administer HRIS platforms and employee self-service systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across HR systems.
• Support system implementations, testing, user management, and change management activities.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
• Promote adoption of digital HR tools and automation initiatives.
• Partner with HRBPs, employees, managers, Shared Services, payroll teams, finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services.
• Provide guidance and support on HR processes, systems, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee journey.
