• Ten+ years experience in Training & Development.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and implementation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS).
• Stakeholder management across functions.
• Managing external training vendors and consultants.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
