Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Indore is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support client hiring needs. You will screen resumes from portals, reach out to potential candidates, and explain job profiles and company benefits during screening.

You will perform background checks, track interview progress, and report findings to your manager to help close roles efficiently. The role involves sourcing candidates from online platforms and social media, meeting targets, and aligning with client requirements

Qualifications

• Screen resumes as per the JD and client requirement.
• Screening resumes on Job Portals.
• Calling potential candidates & explain them about job profile & the company.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Submitting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on time to your reporting manager.
• Achieving the call targets, Interview line up targets & selection targets for qualifying for Incentive slabs or sales schemes launched by the company.
• Sourcing Potential candidates from various online platforms and social media.
