Job summary

Leo Adv in India is offering an MBA HR internship for a 6-month period with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000. The role focuses on sourcing candidates from major portals, screening and shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews with clients, and following up with candidates through to joining.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on HR recruitment experience within a marketing and sales organisation. During the internship you will support the recruitment cycle, handle candidate communications,

Qualifications

• MBA in HR preferred for internship
• Experience coordinating interviews is a plus
• Ability to screen and shortlist profiles as per requirements
