Job summary

Unlock Business Consulting India is hiring an HR Recruiter in Gurgaon. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with clients.

You will build a strong talent pipeline, maintain databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 1 year to 2 years of recruitment or HR exposure, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year recruitment or HR experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates through the process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to meet targets.
