Job summary

Htic Global in Kochi is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end non-IT recruitment across Insurance, Tours & Travel, Sales and Customer Service. The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline and partnering with hiring managers to close roles swiftly.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, manage offers, and track hiring metrics in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for Insurance, Tours & Travel, Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
