Job Summary

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This role will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Update Job Descriptions: Work with hiring managers to create or update job descriptions and requirements.
• Source Candidates: Use various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen Applications: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process, providing them with qualified candidates and helping to schedule interviews.
• Job Offers: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and applicant-to-hire ratios.
• Technology Utilization: Use HR software to manage and track candidate information and recruitment processes.

Qualifications
