Job summary

GTF Technologies, a real estate digital marketing company, is seeking an HR Recruiter in Noida (Sector 3, near Sector 16 metro). Working days Monday to Friday. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across departments and coordinate interviews.

You will manage candidate databases, post jobs, conduct phone screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience. A team oriented environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

• Familiarity with job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across departments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track progress.
• Assist with the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
• Post job posts on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market compensation data.
