Swagatham Global Connect in Coimbatore urgently seeks an HR Officer (Male) to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires a minimum of five years in HR with strong documentation and visa handling skills.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, and HR administration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation, visa processing, and personnel record management is an advantage. These are common responsibilities for HR roles in the Maldives hospitality and corporate sectors.
