We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate HR Manager to oversee our HR operations, strategy, and talent management practices at our Bengaluru corporate office. You will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving organizational growth, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery across all business units.

Key Responsibilities Strategic HR & Business Partnering

• Align HR strategies with overall business objectives to drive organizational growth.
• Partner with leadership to design effective organizational structures and manage change initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, employee engagement) to implement data-driven solutions.

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, managerial, and niche technical roles in the Bengaluru ecosystem.
• Build strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, employer branding, and campus/agency partnerships.
• Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and implement engagement programs to maintain high morale and reduce attrition.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative corporate workplace culture.
• Conduct regular pulse surveys and feedback sessions to address employee grievances proactively.

Compliance, Compensation & Benefits

• Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws, Karnataka state regulations, and corporate governance policies.
• Manage local payroll inputs, increments, bonuses, and employee benefit programs.
• Oversee workplace health and safety, including POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance.

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Identify skill gaps across departments and design relevant training programs.
