Cancer Treatment Services Hydrabad is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager HR Operations/Business Partner to lead day-to-day HR operations at the Corporate Office and support the corporate HR team in engagement, compliance and group initiatives.

The role requires hands-on HR operations, strong employee relations and analytics skills, preferably with healthcare industry exposure, to manage lifecycle processes and collaborative projects across functions.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.

  • Manage day-to-day HR Operations for the Corporate Office.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Update and maintain employee information in the HRMS/HR application.
  • Prepare and coordinate salary break-ups and employee documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR Operations activities at the Corporate Office and support the Corporate HR team in driving employee engagement, employee relations, HR compliance, and group-level HR initiatives.

The role requires a hands-on HR professional with strong HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Analytics and coordination skills, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage day-to-day HR Operations activities for the Corporate Office.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Update and maintain employee information in the HRMS/HR application.
  • Prepare and coordinate applicable salary break-ups and employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR transactions and employee-related documentation.

2. Attendance, Leave & Employee Records

  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave, LOP and other HR-related data.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updation of employee records.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Design and maintain an effective employee filing and document retrieval system.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support initiatives aimed at building a positive employer-employee relationship.
  • Facilitate proactive conversations with employees and managers to address workplace concerns and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Identify employee relations concerns and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale, experience and retention.
  • Support implementation of group-level engagement initiatives such as Vibe & Bond and other employee engagement programs.

4. HR Policies, Compliance & Employee Welfare

  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes and programs.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable HR policies and statutory/compliance requirements.
  • Support initiatives related to employee welfare, health & safety and workplace compliance.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of HR compliance requirements.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse HR data and prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports.
  • Track and analyse employee-related metrics including attendance, attrition, engagement and other HR indicators.
  • Analyse exit interview data and identify key trends, themes and areas of concern.
  • Recommend appropriate interventions to support talent retention and reduction of employee turnover.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for Corporate HR reviews and management discussions.

6. Corporate HR & Group Initiatives

  • Provide support to the Corporate HR team in implementing group-level HR initiatives and programs.
  • Coordinate and support initiatives such as Hi-Po, Vibe & Bond and other Corporate HR programs.
  • Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders across business units to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

7. HR Audits & Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate HR team during internal and external HR audits.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and records required for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for closure of audit observations and action items.
  • Handle other HR projects and ad-hoc requirements assigned by the Corporate HR team.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a reputed Healthcare Organisation.
  • Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement will be preferred.
Key Skills
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Good knowledge of Employee Relations and Employee Engagement practices.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to analyse HR data and prepare MIS, dashboards, reports and presentations.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, processes and compliance requirements.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
