Job summary

Empower Consulting is seeking an experienced HR leader to head Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Culture, Policies & Processes, and L&D for a 100-strong manpower company.

The role requires experience in Events/Advertising/Media industries and the ability to understand manpower dynamics of events and exhibitions. You will lead HR initiatives across recruitment, engagement, and policy development.
