Job summary

Vijay Sales is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join the HR team and drive HR operations, from recruitment to employee lifecycle management. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day employee relations across branches in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in HR operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle grievances and data management in Excel. Graduation or above is required, with retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment from sourcing, selection, negotiations, onboarding.
• Training activities like induction and orientation of new joiner.
• HR operations day-to-day tasks: employee relations, queries, grievance handling, data management in Excel.
• Coordinate with branches for transfers, leave absenteeism, LM, counselling.
• Check new joiners – week off, timings and manager feedback.
• Absenteeism report updating and follow-up with branches.
• Admin duties: employee verification, data updates, leave approvals and management.

Job Profile

We are currently hiring a HR Manager to join our Human Resources team and support the team on HR Operations

Job Responsibilities

• End to end Recruitment from Sourcing , Selection, Negotiations, Documentation, Onboarding,
• Training activities like Induction & Orientation of New Joiner and other training activities.
• HR operations day to day HR work handling like Employer-Employee Relations, general queries and grievance handling , Day to day Coordination, Tracking, Reporting & Analysis, Documentation and Data Management in Excel sheets.
• Coordination with branches For transfers, For leave absenteeism, For LM, For corrective action OR Counselling
• Checking for New joiners – week off, timings and feedback from managers.
• Absenteeism report updating and follow-up with branches
• Day to day admin work related to employee verification, new employee data updating, leave management as per approval and leave applied etc.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
• Minimum qualification – Graduation or above
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• At-least 6- 8 years of Experience in HR OPERATIONS OR EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
• People oriented and results driven.
