SunShell Power in Kolkata is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR team and oversee recruitment, HR operations, and the full employee lifecycle. You will be hands-on with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, manage performance processes, onboarding, attendance, and exits, and partner with department heads to meet manpower needs.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive HRMS automation with a focus on policy development and audit-ready records.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HR team, assign responsibilities, set targets, and monitor delivery and work quality
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer processing, and onboarding
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within agreed timelines
• Manage Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, including records, workflows, approvals, reports, appraisals
• Oversee onboarding, attendance, leave, probation, confirmations, employee documentation, and exits
• Coordinate appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI tracking, review completion, and performance documentation
• Handle employee queries and grievances, implement approved policies, and upscale sensitive matters appropriately
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR records and prepare recruitment and HR reports
• Develop SOPs and improve processes through HRMS automation and clear accountability

Job Overview

SunShell Power is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR team and manage recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and performance management.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, strong team management skills, and the ability to drive timely, accurate HR execution. Technical recruitment experience is preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience across recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proven experience leading an HR team, including delegation, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, including workflows, approvals, reports, and recruitment tracking.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience; technical recruitment across engineering, IT, ERP, or specialist roles is preferred.
• Experience managing onboarding, attendance, leave, probation, confirmations, employee documentation, and exits.
• Working knowledge of payroll coordination, performance management, and KRA/KPI tracking.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for HR reporting and data reconciliation.
• High standards of confidentiality, accuracy, documentation, and process discipline.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing, including site-based teams, is preferred.
• Exposure to HRMS automation, integrations, statutory compliance coordination, and HR audits is an advantage.
