Job summary

EcoEx is a Delhi-based company offering digital marketplace and waste management services. We are seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR processes, onboard new joiners, maintain records, and enhance employee engagement and retention.

The role involves drafting job postings, coordinating interviews, and supporting attendance and payroll activities, along with updating HR policies and handling employee queries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR processes
• Graduate/MBA in HR from a recognized university
• Experience in non-Tech recruitment / Sales recruitment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing the hiring process including drafting job posting, posting on platforms, screening resumes to conducting interviews
• Managing onboarding for new joiners and their induction
• Maintaining employees’ files and up-to-date records in the system
• Ensure effective employee engagement and retention in the system
• Assisting team with attendance and payroll activities
• Creation & maintenance of policies & procedures within the organization
• Addressing employees queries and one-to-one interactions with employees
• Drafting offer letters and appointment-related formalities in the system
