Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or industrial sector.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA/MSW-HR with relevant HR qualifications.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage site-level HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower with Head of Departments to finalize requirements.
• Handle recruitment for all levels and assist in final induction of new employees.
• Oversee contract labour management including administration, disciplinary actions, and compliance.
• Ensure statutory compliance for on-roll and contract employees (CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESIC, PT).
• Manage payroll outputs and ensure timely salaries processing.
• Oversee leave management and maintain accurate records.
• Lead PMS rollout and coordinate increments, incentives, and reward policies.
• Maintain HR data and records, and manage grievance redressal processes.
• Implement company policies and induction programs across sites.
• Ensure employee welfare, safety, and engagement activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

HR & Admin- Roles and Responsibilities

• Manpower Management: - To Coordinate with Head of the departments to finalise the required Manpower.
• Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment: - To be responsible for all the recruitment of manpower at the business unit for all levels. Participate in the final recruitment and induction of new employees.
• Contract Labour Management-Administration, initiating disciplinary Action for misconduct. Maintain all the statutory compliance-CLRA & BOCW License, Salaries, PF, ESIC, PT & keep maintain all the registers and records as per the law.
• Statutory Compliance: - To coordinate with concern Govt/Non govt department for compliance of all statutory requirements for on rolls and contract employees.
• Payroll Management: - To timely provide the payrolls output to accounts and coordinate with them to ensure all the details are being considered and ensure that salaries for all employees are processed on time.
• Leave management: - Manage and Maintain the leave details of all the employees.
• Appraisal Management: - To ensure effective and timely roll out of PMS activities at the Company. Coordinated in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies. Managed appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
• HR Data administration:- Maintain all the records, registers & personal files.
• Grievance Handling:- To have a grievance redressal system in place and to be responsible for resolving employee problems, ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers or escape to concern authorities.
• Policy Implementation:- To make sure that all the rules and regulations that stem out of the Company value system are communicated to all employees and adhered. To ensure organizational policies and systems are cascaded to the lowest levels at the project sites implementation of well-planned induction programme for all new hires. To ensure that all employees work with integrity and trust.
• Employee Welfare and Safety: - Monitor and analysis for welfare and safety activates at project sites.
• Employee engagement: - Trainings, Recognition programs, Sports events, Games, Team Building activities.
• Project sites Centralised Communication Cell:- To be a centre point of communication to address all New HR developments
• Audit & Compliances Procedure: - Coordination of audit procedure of Internal / External ( ISO/ Statutory/Customer). Documents preparation to comply / adherence for audit.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
• General Admin work: Well, conversed with administration from planning to execution of admin related activities Rentals, Canteen, Security, Vehicles, housekeeping, local procurement, office management.

Education Qualification and Experience

Any Degree / MSW-HR / MBA-HR

Min 08 to 12 years of work experience preferred;
