Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants in Jaipur, India is seeking an experienced Human Resource Lead to independently manage and drive the complete HR function for our Jaipur office.

You will own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales and Operations, manage onboarding and offboarding, and drive employee engagement and retention. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a standalone/lead HR role.
• Strong end-to-end technical & non-technical hiring experience.
• Experience independently managing onboarding & offboarding.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS & Google Workspace/MS Office.
• MBA in HR or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities
