Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies.
• Advise leadership on org design, talent planning and people decisions.
• Scale teams while maintaining culture and values; drive performance cycles, goal setting and feedback.
• Identify high-potential talent and design development, succession and retention strategies.
• Partner with L&D to design leadership development programs for faculty and corporate teams.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Lead engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and action plans.
• Support compensation planning, promotions, and role transitions.
• Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to inform decisions.
• Lead change management during rapid growth.

About the role

The HR Lead will work closely with academic leaders, program heads, and functional teams to drive people strategy, talent development, performance management, and culture building. This role is critical in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while supporting rapid growth and organizational transformation

Specificaly, this role will Involve

• Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with institutional goals
• Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and organizational design, talent planning and people decisions
• Supporting and scaling teams while maintaining culture and values Driving performance management cycles,goal setting,and feedback mechanisms
• Identifying high potential talent and design development, succession ,and retention strategies
• Partnering with L&D to design leadership development programs for faculty and corporate teams
• Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling Driving engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action plans
• Supporting compensation planning, promotions, and role transitions
  Analyzing HRmetrics(attrition,engagement,performance)to inform decision-making
• Leading change management initiatives during periods of rapid growth

Ideal candidate will have
