Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a candidate to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR data management. The role includes coordinating interviews, preparing onboarding documentation, and maintaining HR MIS and reports. You will also assist with HR operations and participate in team projects.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with basic HR knowledge and strong MS Office skills, ready to contribute to a dynamic HR team in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (e.g., BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc).
• Basic understanding of HR concepts is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
