Serve Hr Corporate Services is seeking a Head – Human Resources to lead the HR function and align people strategies with business objectives. You will drive talent management, performance processes, and compliance across the organization.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong HR operational knowledge, and a focus on engagement, analytics, and process improvements within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, talent management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI, promotions, and increments.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement, learning, development, and organizational culture.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
• Lead HR process improvement, HRMS implementation, and automation.
• Advise senior management on people-related matters and organizational development.
